Personal Training

I provide personalized one-on-one training sessions in a private gym in Warrington. These sessions are tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client, focusing on what they want to achieve. Some of these include

- Stretching and mobility work
- Functional based training
- Tone and Ataxia Management
- Strength and conditioning
- Sports/exercise for enjoyment and cardiovascular health
- Balance/coordination training

 

Home exercise sessions

I also offer community sessions conducted either in the comfort of your home or within care facilities. These sessions are specifically designed for clients who may not find traditional gym-based exercise suitable. I use similar rehabilitation protocols as those utilized in gym sessions, ensuring a consistent and effective approach. Functional equipment will be provided 

 

Online personal training

Personalized online training programs tailored to each client, complete with training videos, nutritional guidance, and a comprehensive exercise plan.
